Our Home Sec decides what´s our recruiting standart. But normally he uses the rule, that those who want to join us, must have more than our member with the lowest total score. But the exception proves the rule. If someone with 15k points is applying, he tell´s him that he needs more points to join us, but if he can get this points within a given time, he is allowed to join us.
So it´s not important how many points you have, but rather how fast you can improve.
We don´t have a rule about military - that´s because you can build military fast, and you can destroy your military just as fast.
Everyone who applys and doesn´t meet the given rules, can join our training command.
They´re growing really fast, now there are a lot of members with more than 25k points.
But before they join us, they must have a lot of military.
Also they are only allowed to join us if they have more than 35k points.
